For that special occasion we have a selection of drinks packages that offer exceptional value and affordability. Our packages are designed to set the scene for your event, to welcome your guests, offer them refreshment and enhance their dining experience. From a simple arrival drink to a full reception package we’ve got it covered.

Where the host pays:

We understand that hosts often wish to offer free drinks to their guests, either from the bar directly or by staff service and table drinks. Our prepaid standard bar packages start at just £35 per head for 5 hours, whilst we also offer a range of arrival drink options, table wines and toast drinks. Below are a couple of examples of reception packages that are ideal for weddings, balls and special events:

Drinks Reception – 100 guests – £950.00

100 glasses of Pimms or Prosecco on arrival, 24 bottles of wine, 100 glasses of Prosecco for the toast.

Package of course includes, service, glasses, ice buckets and water jugs.

Drinks Reception Plus – 100 guests – £2450.00

Drinks Receptions package with 4 hours of free standard drinks from the bar (pre 6pm)

If you’re planning a business event, be it a product launch, conference, show, works party or even corporate entertainment, we’re here to help. Working with you to create the right feel and ambience for your guests, we can serve a broad range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of teas, coffees and canapés. Working with our partners we even offer full catering options.
